Singer born on 26th November 1986, in Santa Monica California United States of America. The singer is the sole child of Vincenzo Barba. Her family and she moved from Point Pleasant, New Jersey, at six. Her high school education in New Jersey at Red Bank Catholic High School. She continued her education in Catholic University where she earned an undergraduate degree in architecture. A violinist since age 4"Violingirl" was her name. The name she was given by her first name because of her performance. She also taught kids from the area on how to play the violin. At the age of nineteen she auditioned for Season 6 of American Idol and sang the 1976 hit single Free. She was eliminated at the 16th spot. In addition, she has performed other tracks, such as "The Christmas Song" (2009) as well as Out for Blood (2010). Additionally she has appeared on some television shows like Jimmy Kimmel Live!. Antonella Barba, an American performer, gained fame while participating in the sixth season of American Idol. After she was eliminated following the 16th position in the competition, she started to do it in front of the camera. This is why she's appeared in small roles in films and also competed in Fear Factor's 2012 season. She pleaded guilty possessing more than 400 grams of fentanyl with the intent to sell it during July. The singer was however detained in Virginia during October of 2018, when she attempted to transport two pounds of fentanyl to an underground storage facility.
